Dull hair? Here are 4 treatments to make them shine!

Sharing is caring!

Shiny hair is an indicator of their health as well as a beauty bonus that catches the eye! However, our daily routine can affect their appearance and make them dull: surrounding pollution, stress, seasonal changes, poor diet, hard water… Fortunately, it is possible to revive their shine and make them less limp thanks to some recipes straight from our grandmothers who love to share their easy and economical secrets without toxic and petrochemical products!

1) Honey and Egg Mask

Our hair loves these two ingredients separately, so mixed together, it’s a powerhouse of nutrients! Here, we recommend separating two egg yolks from the whites and mixing them with a good teaspoon of honey. While applying, don’t miss a chance to massage your scalp. Well stimulated, it will give you gorgeous hair. After 10 minutes of application, you can rinse and proceed with shampooing.

2) Apple Cider Vinegar-Rosemary Lotion

You probably already know the trick of rinsing your hair with apple cider vinegar to combat hair loss and make it as soft as it is shiny. To change things up a bit, we like to mix it with rosemary, which really boosts shine. It helps stop hair loss while making it less damaged, strengthens the hair. 20 g of rosemary left to macerate for two weeks in a liter of vinegar before filtering will transform your hair! This lotion should be applied for 10 minutes before shampooing.

3) Coconut-Argan Mask

These are the two favorite oils of natural beauty enthusiasts. This duo will work wonders in bringing strength and shine to your dull hair. Simply mix a tablespoon of each and apply it to the entire hair except the roots. Leave it on overnight and wash it out the next morning.

4) Egg, Avocado, and Carrot Mask

This concoction has all the makings of a salad and it’s true that in addition to making the hair shiny and strong, it would make a great appetizer! To prepare this mask, simply blend a peeled carrot and add an egg yolk and half an avocado before blending again. Once it’s well blended and creamy, apply it to the scalp and leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing thoroughly and shampooing.
